The EMBRACE Space is not your typical online grief support group. It is a virtual space for mindfulness, meaningful moments, and genuine connection for those who have lost someone to overdose/drug poisoning or mental health. Join us from wherever you are for a relaxed, guided conversation with simple, optional activities designed to support reflection and connection. This is a warm, welcoming environment where you can show up exactly as you are. Take a pause from the day-to-day and spend time with others who understand what it means to carry the loss of a loved one and still choose to keep moving forward.
