On November 14 and 15, Sounds of Sarah had the honor of attending the DEA Family Summit in Washington, D.C., a gathering of approximately 125 individuals and organizations united in the fight against illicit drug trafficking and its devastating impact.
The summit provided a vital platform for collaboration and education, featuring updates on the latest data and strategies to combat the ongoing crisis. We were privileged to hear from U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and DEA Administrator Anne Milgram, who shared insightful updates on current efforts to address the drug epidemic.
Sounds of Sarah remains committed to partnering with national and local organizations to expand awareness, provide resources, and save lives. The summit reinforced the importance of our mission and strengthened our resolve to make a meaningful impact in our community and beyond.
Thank you to the DEA for hosting this inspiring event and to everyone who continues to work tirelessly toward solutions. Together, we can make a difference.
